Please, try reloading the game page (for example? by pressing F5 on yours keyboard)
After that, if it didn't helpted follow this recommendathions:
1) Check and clear the cache and cookies in you browser.

2) - Update the Flash Player to the latest version (you can do it by going to this address in your browser of choice: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)

3) Disable all browser extensions that can stoped the game from working correctly (for example, Adblock)
 

4)Check if any problems come up when you use another browser, then clarify the relevance of the initial problem.
