player728364 0 Posted June 21, 2019 Today's update as per usual when we get an update, they do more harm than good, at first it was just the personal dungeon icon wouldn't load, and it affects all other icons in that you couldn't open them either after trying personal dungeon icon. I thought stay away from those until later, so clicked on "Boss", did Equipment bosses no problem, did Absolute bosses no problem, then tried tomb, it stuck and got blue line of death once i managed to get back into map section decided not to try tomb, but try "Upgrade Dungeon" that worked both dangerous and safe zones, so tried tomb, once again it stuck on loading, tried to reset browser again this time nothing, except the "blue line of death", closed out browser reset browser and tried to sign on now it won't load game at all, tried to contact support, all i get is "Error Send Message", tried to use different browsers same result. Djinn S18 - Player728364, we should be compensated for the hours we troubleshoot something that should not have happened to begin with. The updates should be tested prior to installation into the live game to ensure they work, not installed and you rely on user input to troubleshoot the problem. player728364 0 Posted June 22, 2019 Day 2 still nothing has been done, have no access to cross-server events, have no access to personal dungeon, have no access to hall of war, and new today have no access to palace, in addition to no access to tomb. My toon moves in slow motion, and it takes forever to load anything i want to do, bag, artifact, ring. I am losing big time BP gains because of this, I was vying for 1st place on server, but now am losing considerable ground each day these issues persist, nothing less than 500 DIAMONDS per day would satisfy my losses, as it will take me considerable time once again to get back what I've lost because of incompetence and not testing something before putting it into the game. Suggest one of the developers, stay home and play the game from world wide web, and see what it is like, after about a week, they will know the tribulations we go through. Gretta 19 Posted June 22, 2019 I am sorry you are experiencing problems, I play the game religiously every day and I can't say I've noticed the kind of lag you are experiencing. It may be an idea to clear cache and browsing history and then run a speed test just to check if its your providers issue. After that try and take screen shots if your screen shows as not loading properly, if you can't I suggest you contact the technical team through support page. player728364 0 Posted July 2, 2019 There is a bug that when you reach lvl 266 the auto path/auto mode point wants to transfer you to the "Flooded Ruins" this map is for lvl 276-290. It will track you to the portal but won't let you enter the map as you don't have proper lvl to enter. I used a work around for this by clicking on the map, then returning to Dunes map, but this morning when I lvl'd up to 274 and clicked on multi-xp event, it transferred me to "Flooded Ruins Map". I thought it sent me to "Dark Waters" at first, but then realized it was "Flooded Ruins". Maybe a typo in coding for that map? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Just stick them in your storage bag because sometimes they will recycle events and then you might be able to use the ones you collected after the event ended. player728364 0 Posted July 19, 2019 I knew I would have 1 or two left over from event, that always happens but what I am saying is that the event has been over now for two weeks and the bosses are still dropping dice shards, have 319 of them now. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
